We start with warm placement stones on the chakra points along your back. Each section of your body is massaged using aromatic oils then your therapist will introduce the heated stones using slow gliding techniques to relax and heal.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Clear - Detoxify - Energise. Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) will help with fluid retention, sinus congestion problems, chronic fatigue, and it also helps boost the immune system.
Our trained MLD Therapist uses the Dr Vodder technique, which is a light directional pulsing to stimulate movement of the lymph to clear and cleanse. You will feel wonderfully relaxed and be more energised the next day. It is very important to drink plenty of water after your treatment to flush toxins from your body.

In our Hawaiian-Relaxation massage treatment, you will be provided with a disposable G-string to wear throughout the massage. We incorporate long slow flowing movements using the hands, forearms and elbows inspired by Lomi Lomi, Kahuna and Swedish massage styles, to reduce stress, encourage emotional healing, and improve the body’s circulation and movement.
