Asante Day Spa strives to provide a tranquil atmosphere for your journey of escape. Please observe the following guidelines to make sure your visit is pleasurable for both yourself and others using the facility.
Booking Your appointment
Upon making your appointment reservation, you will be asked to pay a booking fee. Visa or MasterCard is accepted.
A confirmation text will be sent to your mobile 2 days prior to your booked appointment. You must respond at least 24hrs before your appointment time with a 'Y' to keep your appointment or a 'N' to cancel.. If you have not responded within that time frame we cannot guarantee to hold that spot for you and you will be charged a no show fee. It is common curtesy to let us know if you are unable to come.
Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior your scheduled appointment so you can complete any paperwork required before totally relaxing and unwinding.
If you are running late please let the spa staff know and they will do their best to keep to your full appointment time.
Booking with a gift voucher
If you are redeeming a gift voucher you will be asked for the gift voucher number, This is a 4 digit number which is located on the bottom left hand corner of your voucher. If your voucher is for a specific treatment and you wish to change it to another treatment, your voucher will revert to a monetary amount of purchase.
What to wear
Most of the body massages, beauty salon treatments and spa packages require you to remove your clothing, except for your briefs. For your modesty the therapists will provide you with a beautiful tribal print sarong to wear during your session.
Your therapist will show you to your treatment room and give you full instructions. For your comfort, please wear loose undergarments (not your Sunday best). For some of the treatments you will be provided with disposable underwear.
Please remove all jewellery and watches before your session commences. It would be preferred if you left jewellery at home.
Cancellation Policy
Asante understand that sometimes you are unable to keep your Asante Day Spa & Brow Obsession appointment. This scheduled appointment has been especially reserved for you and your enjoyment so consequentially we would have had to turn other bookings away .
A confirmation text will be sent to your mobile 2-3 days prior to your scheduled booking with your appointment time, please respond as soon as possible. The Team would appreciate a minimum of 48hrs notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.
Should you not arrive, or if you are late, or reduce the treatment time that the therapists have reserved especially for you, the full amount of your scheduled treatment will apply as per your initial booking. In instances when spa gift vouchers are to be redeemed, the full value of the sheduled treatment will be taken off.
