Asante Day Spa Booking and Information Policies

Bookings

We prefer that you make your Day Spa and beauty treatment bookings in advance by either calling Asante on (07) 5446 5229 or alternatively you can also complete the online booking enquiry/request form. Please give us as much information as possible and an Asante therapist will reply to your request.  

To accept your booking, we will require a valid credit card to hold against your booking or you may be asked to pay a security deposit. Please have your card ready.

Booking with an Asante Day Spa gift voucher:

If you are wanting to redeem your Asante gift voucher, you will need to provide the gift voucher number at the time of booking. This 4 digit number is located on the bottom left hand corner.

Please no last minute cancellations as we have given you top priority and may have turned away other prospective bookings. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, your gift voucher will become void without notice

Cancellation Policy

Asante understand that sometimes you are unable to keep your Asante Day Spa & Brow Obsession appointment. This scheduled appointment has been especially reserved for you and your enjoyment so consequentially we would have had to turn other bookings away .  

A confirmation text will be sent to your mobile 2-3 days prior to your scheduled booking with your appointment time, please respond as soon as possible. The Team would appreciate a minimum of 48hrs notice for any cancellations or changes to your booking.

Should you not arrive, or if you are late, or reduce the treatment time that the therapists have reserved especially for you, the full amount of your scheduled treatment will apply as per your initial booking. In instances when spa gift vouchers are to be redeemed, the full value of the sheduled treatment will be taken off.
